Vice Chairman: Mr. Manoj Shah B. Com. Age 42, Mr. Manoj is a pioneer in diamond-trading at Dubai. He had established Belstar Jewellery LLC,15 years ago, and has captured the markets at Middle East, Far East and European countries.
Mr. Manoj is a highly respected International Businessman for his quality, service, honesty & pure professionalism. A gifted musician, Mr. Manoj brings with him the finer aspects of a civilised tradition coupled with astute business practices.  Mr. Manoj gives a global perspective to guide the business decisions at the Macro level.

Director- Finance: Sahil Shah B.Sc., Finance (USA).,  MSc. Finance (UK)., at 23 years of age, is the leading light of the new generation businesses of the Group.To build a strong foundation in business management and the study of finance, Mr. Sahil has a BSc. Finance from University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign, U.S.A. and an MSc. Finance from Cass Business School, London.
Along with his educational background, his experience of working with Morgan Stanley, India and a research base in the mining industry, Mr. Sahil plays a key role in the day-to-day management, planning of the company. An extremely brilliant professional, he is slated to take the Group to its next gen business success of creating a global mineral conglomerate.

Director - Business Development: Dr. Shahabuddin Kabir Khan is a renowned businessperson of Indian Origin, highly respected for his keen acumen to identify new businesses for the group. He has been the architect of the group’s mineral business at Yemen. Dr. Khan also runs his own export businesses in India, Yemen, Dubai & Africa. A networking specialist, Dr. Khan focuses on external relations, new business development and advises on project execution.

Technical Advisor, Geology: Dr. Mohammed Ali Mattash (Ph.d, Fulbrighter, Geologist, Scientific Advisor) Highly qualified and has immense experience in the field of Geology. A consultant to the Ministry of Oil and Minerals Board at Yemen and Senior Scientific Advisor of the Geological Survey and Minerals resources Board. Dr. Mattash is also a member of the Scientific Institute in USA and other countries. He has a 30-year experience in this field and is also a consultant in several Multinational Companies for their Geological Survey of Mines and Minerals.

Head of Corporate Affairs: Gamal Ahmed Al-Shawbaly (B.Sc. Trade & Accounting) is a respected professional born and raised in Yemen. His strong educational background and dynamism helped him develop a strong influence among various ministries in Yemen. Mr. Gamal has shown his prowess in government and public relations through positions such as Financial Manager of Petroleum Exploration and Production Authority and Director General of the Transport Department, Sana'a. Through the important positions held by him in various ministries, Mr. Gamal has proved to be a true benefactor and influence in the continuous growth of the country. Mr. Gamal currently uses his experience to overlook and guide the Group's government relations and corporate affairs.

Technical Advisor, Mining: Dr. Ajaykumar Loknandi (Ph.d., Mining Engineer, Advisor) has over 30 years of rich experience in the mining industry, research and teaching institutes. Presently he is working as a Professor, Department of Mining Engineering Anna University and was a practicing engineer and consultant to various organizations in both Government and Private sectors. He has completed over five major research projects and over fifty consultancy projects in coal, limestone, magnesite, barite and other minerals within the country and abroad. He is a winner of the National Productivity Award for achieving highest productivity in underground coal mine. Has served as Head, Department of the Mining Engineering, Anna University Chennai for two terms, was Director of Tamil Nadu Minerals for five years. He is a doctorate from IIT Kharagpur in Mine Subsidence Engineering, where he was a faculty member also. Presently, he is also Chairman of Mining Engineers Association of India – Tamil Nadu Chapter.
