a) Road Transport JV - owning a fleet of 50 MT trucks, exclusively for cost effective road transportation & related services  from mines to port.

b) Pulverizing Mills Cluster Subsidiaries -
            i. Tahoon Minerals Pvt Ltd. owning 4 state of the art roller mills capable of producing Calcium Carbonate powder of various mesh up                 to 10,000 MT / Month.
            ii. 3 S Minerals Pvt. Ltd. owning 3 pulverizing mills and one large crushing plant capable of producing 3,000 MT per day (the largest                  limestone plant in Yemen).
